The account is deleted from the app, in two taps, and it really is deleted, it is not a request that somebody assesses. This page says what exactly disappears and what we have to leave in place by law.

In the TAMITOS Move app: Profile → Delete account (the app prints it as Profil → Zmazať účet). The app asks whether you really want to, and once you confirm it is done. There is no need to write to us and nobody approves it.
If you cannot get into the app, a lost phone, a sign-in that does not work, write to us from the address you registered with. We will get back to you within 30 days at the latest, as the GDPR requires, but in practice it tends to be within a few working days.
Everything that says anything about you and about your body. Immediately, not after a waiting period:
One single thing: the record of the gifts you sent to the families. It says that on a particular day a particular family received a particular amount.
We keep it for two reasons and neither of them is convenience. It is an accounting document about a gift, which we have to retain under the Accounting Act, and Article 17(3)(b) and (e) GDPR provides for that. And it is at the same time a fact about somebody else, not only about you: if we erased it, the amount a child received would go down, months after the child received it.
It does not contain your name or your e-mail. After the account is deleted, nothing leads to it that would say who you are, all that remains is a technical account number, behind which there is no longer a name, nor an address, nor a single item of health data.
Deletion from the app is immediate. Database backups that were made beforehand are overwritten on the ordinary cycle and within 30 days at the latest nothing of yours is left in them.
It cannot be undone. You can set up a new account at any time, but the points, the history and the connections will not be restored, they are simply no longer anywhere.
The details of what we process and why are in the privacy policy. A complaint can also be lodged with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
This is an English translation of a document written in Slovak. It is here so that it can be read, and we keep the two saying the same thing. Where they differ, the Slovak version is the one that applies.
